Kester Wax K-70P

Kester Wax K-70P is a natural polyester-based plasticizer designed to optimize texture, stability, and crystallization control. It reduces crystal size, improves thermal stability, and creates smooth, creamy textures. This rice bran based natural plasticizer enhances product consistency, inhibits syneresis, and supports uniform structure while maintaining flexibility and durability. It delivers improved workability and stability across a range of applications.

Kester Wax K-70P usage levels depend on the desired plasticizing effect from 2%-25%. To optimize performance, add K-70P to the wax phase to suppress crystallization, enhance texture, and improve product stability. Maintain pour temperatures 7–10°C above the congealing point to ensure a stable matrix and avoid structural inconsistencies. When adding to a current system for support, replace part of the oil phase leaving other waxes consistent to ensure structure does not change.
