Procedure
- Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 80-85°C with mixing.
- Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 80-85°C with mixing.
- Once both Phases are at temperature, add Phase B to Phase A and increase mixing speed.
- Continue mixing until emulsion is smooth*check pH and adjust if necessary.
- Cool slowly while mixing at low speed to 45°C or less.
- Pour into containers.
Stability Information
Three months at room temperature, three months at 45°C, three freeze/thaw cycles.
