Procedure
- Combine the Sepimax Zen and water of Phase A.
- Mix well until homogenous. Then continue adding Phase A ingredients one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Heat to 80-85°C, while continuing to mix.
- Mix and melt Phase B at 80-85°C until uniform.
- Add Phase B to A. Continue mixing until emulsion is smooth.
- Cool slowly while mixing at low speed to 45°C or less.
- Add Phase C and homogenize at 2000 – 3000 rpm until homogeneous.
- Cool to room temperature and pour into containers.
Stability Information
Three months at 45°C, three months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles.
