Procedure
- Combine the Sepimax Zen and water, mix well until homogenous.
- Continue adding Phase A ingredients, then heat to 80–85°C, with mixing.
- Mix and melt Phase B at 80-85°C until uniform. Add Phase B to A and mix until emulsion is formed and smooth.
- Cool slowly while mixing at low speed to 45°C or less and add Phase C.
Stability Information
Three months at 45°C, three months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles.
