Ingredients

  • Sunflower Wax: Natural wax extracted from sunflower seeds. Very high melting point and excellent structuring capabilities, increases stick structure and stability. Structurant. Usage level 1-15%.
  • Kester Wax K-70P: Naturally derived plasticizer. Increases meltpoint, stability, and compatibility in anhydrous systems. Improves feel without affecting structure. Creates jellies and squeezables. Usage level 0.5-20%.

Procedure

  • Combine all ingredients and melt with low mixing until homogeneous, heating to 85 – 90°C.
  • Pour into appropriate containers at about 70°C.
  • Allow to cool undisturbed.

Stability Information

  • Three freeze/thaw cycles
